Drawn to Gratitude
with Roxanne Glaser, SuperDoodleGirl
the mind with breathing exercises and mindful doodling creates a space for the
subconscious to settle into stillness and gratitude. The beauty of doodling as
a mindfulness activity is that it is intuitive and simple to learn.
The Morning Program (free)
Learn the drawn to gratitude process using the phrase “Gratitude Creates Abundance.” In this 60-minute session, you will learn how to sketch your letters, create connections, and calm your mind. Due to the fast-paced nature of this session, we will all use the same phrase. Roxanne will provide a demonstration of how she adds color.
The Afternoon Workshop ($20 for members; $35 for non-members)
Take your new skills to the next level as we explore drawn letters and doodles through several iterations. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to layout words on the page, creatively connect letters and words, and use watercolors and pens for embellishment. Quiet your mind, connect your breath, and focus on the lines as you follow the movement of the pen and colors on your page. Feel your preferred creativity state gently quiet your inner critic.
