Lettering on Rocks!  

Let’s meet at Poage Park, 11001 Woodway Drive (Hwy 84) in Woodway on Saturday, May 13^th for a morning of lettering on rocks. We will learn about “faux” calligraphy and monoline lettering on a surface other than paper. Suzi Ickles will present some techniques for turning ordinary rocks into delightful pieces of artwork for you to keep or give away. Suzi will bring rocks already primed in black, bottles of craft paint, paint pens, and tools. If you have any pens or paints to try, please bring them (with your name on them).

 Afterwards, how about a picnic in the park? Bring a sack lunch and beverage of your choice. Or, go with us to a restaurant near the park.
